“We used all 3 Cubicost TAS, TRB and TBQ for the project. The 3D model allows us to visualize and understand the project clearly compare to 2D drawings. By integrating TBQ quantity referencing feature, quantity of building elements in the bills of quantities can be easily traced compare to the traditional method. It also enables us to compare the quantities between each revision, thus cost estimates on revision exercises can be easily done. These computer-aided quantity surveying applications allow us to reduce the manpower and work hours on tender preparation, enabling us to work efficiently."
