He emphasised how digital technology, such as BIM, digital twins and IoT enables seamless collaboration, accurate visualisation, efficient project management, and sustainability.

Franco also highlighted how, with cutting-edge data technology, Glodon's digital building platform could provide a digital twin solution to optimise resource allocation in the entire lifecycle of buildings and enable all stakeholders to coordinate in the supply chain with a real case.

Glodon's commitment to spearheading this transformative journey was underscored in a round table discussion held by Glodon and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) on BIM integration challenges.

The session served as a platform for industry influencers to exchange experiences, share best practices, and identify strategies to maximise the benefits of BIM integration.

While numerous technology solutions are already available, widespread adoption has not yet reached a level sufficient to transform the industry."
